2020 has been a draining year for many of us, whether you be grieving the loss of a loved one, loss of a career or loss of your lifestyle. Life can be a difficult journey, in all stages of life, with many pressures, expectations, and struggles. Taking the first steps of change can be both scary and exciting and Mandy understands the importance of having a safe and confidential place when you come to her office.
